Job Description

The Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for optimizing and supporting sales and marketing initiatives for the enterprise to drive business growth. This role bridges the gap between sales operations, marketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts, ensuring that the sales team is empowered with the right tools, resources, and support to maximize effectiveness. By developing and maintaining high-quality sales collateral, support CRM and Salesforce processes, and collaborating on marketing campaigns and events, the Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist will help ensure cohesive and streamlined communication between marketing and sales functions. This position is critical for improving sales performance, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing the enterprise s brand presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage licenses and ensure effective use of ZoomInfo, GEN LOG, and HubSpot, while supporting integration of new tools to optimize sales processes.
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo and GEN LOG to identify key companies/customers, and create lead nurturing and generation campaigns, including sequencing strategies.
  • Analyze data to prioritize high-value targets through lead scoring systems for effective engagement.
  • Support Sales team requests such as account assignment, new account creation and other salesforce inquiries.
  • Identify key targets for events, collaborate on marketing efforts, and track event ROI to improve outcomes.
  • Support Admin and Consultant testing for newly developed implementations and automations as requested.
  • Lead development of reports and dashboards to ensure accurate sales activity is gathered and able to be tracked.
  • Properly Setup new team members with tools and accessible to resources as needed
  • Train new Sales team on CRM and other sales tools as required
  • Develop training materials, create a sales playbook, and support onboarding with key tools and processes.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to Support campaign planning, lead generation, and/or attendance pertaining to sales events or sponsorships.
  • Capture and Report ROI on each Event
  • Leverage tools and analyze key company/contact attributes to implement and manage lead scoring systems, ensuring the accuracy of identifying high-priority targets for engagement/nurture.
  • Respond or reassign all project intake requests or assignments within 24 hours of submission.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, GEN LOG).
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, campaign development, and sales enablement best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to create presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to utilize marketing principles/strategies to effectively raise brand awareness and engagement.
  • Team oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with cross functional teams such as sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in lead scoring and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in graphic design preferred.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and marketing automation tools preferred. experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong experience with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field required. 1 year of equivalent work

Covenant s compensation philosophy s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.

Pay Range: $45,007.59 - $69,574.81

Pay Grade: 7
