Director of Production Planning (Electronics Industry Transformer)

As theDirector of Production Planning, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, working across 20 global sites to implement best-in-class planning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes
Drive strategic inventory management for metals and reclaim materials across global sites
Collaborate with global supply chain and engineering teams to optimize powder sourcing and production footprint
Implement and oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
Lead weekly schedule adherence meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related STEM field 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or related roles within manufacturing
Expert-level knowledge of Master Production Scheduling and Supply Planning
Experience with MRP systems and Power BI
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment
