This is a REMOTE role, open to applicants based in the United States, and we're currently hiring only in Ohio, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Missouri, Illinois, and New Jersey. Candidates residing outside these states will not be considered.
Job OverviewHamilton Raye is looking for a highly motivated Client Success Specialist to join our team. This is a client-facing role reporting directly to the CEO, but you will also get to work closely with the exceptional administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services, and contributing to long-term customer satisfaction and retention. In addition to managing onboarding, monitoring client health and proactively resolving issues, you will enjoy identifying process improvements and guiding clients in effective partnership, with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve their broader business objectives.
Role Responsibilities- Lead the client success journey throughout the entire client lifecycle, collaborating closely with dedicated executive assistants to ensure seamless support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, consistently meeting their needs and upholding high service standards.
- Guide and mentor the administrative team while serving as a point of escalation for any major issues, managing client relations and collaborating internally to resolve complex challenges.
- Work with clients to identify improvement areas and partner with leadership to implement enhancements; recognize opportunities where clients may benefit from additional services.
- Conduct regular client check-ins (bi-annually or quarterly) to assess satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Demonstrates high Emotional Intelligence; effectively handles challenging conversations, maintains composure under pressure, and fosters strong, empathetic relationships with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
- Critical thinker with resourcefulness in tackling challenges.
- Schedule flexibility to meet client needs.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
- Oversee and manage the client gifting process.
- Conduct team role audits to identify efficiencies and develop SOPs.
- Collect client feedback through surveys, interviews etc. to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Dedicated EAs on client coverage plans.
- Support onboarding for new team members with clients.
- Send holiday scheduling reminders for team calendar maintenance.
