As a Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as an expert who has mastered the review of financial statements, assessing the financial status of HUD program recipients, and developing strategies for solving current and future financial problems.
  • Provide financial analysis to ensure HUD program participants' compliance with HUD requirements and regulatory agreements, protect the FHA fund, and determine that funds and subsidies are used properly, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Define objectives and analyze the allegations to identify the issues and the type of evidence needed to prove civil non-compliant activity.
  • Plan and coordinate actions with Financial Analysts, Enforcement Analysts, and Attorneys. Participate in team assignments as needed to address cross cutting complex financial problems.
  • Perform complex studies and analysis of a variety of records using advanced analytical techniques to reconstruct partial or complete histories of accounts obtained from third party records, banks, insurance companies, etc.
