  • You will provide technical advice, recommendations, and clarifications to MSC ships on the availability of supplies and services and ordering methods.
  • You will provide reports on contract performance to respective NAVSUP Contracting Officers.
  • You will ensure material readiness for assigned ships by monitoring and tracking high-priority requirements to repair inoperable or degraded equipment and planning for the phased replacement or upgrade of ship equipment and equipage.
  • You will support monitoring of program effectiveness and identification of process changes when standards are not met.
  • You will monitor and assess performance measures, logistics readiness, and contract compliance for contract operators, shipyards, vendors, support contractors, and shipboard staff.
  • You will conduct periodic assessments and inspections of ship records, both aboard ship and from the office
  • You will ensure that ILS, supply management, and configuration data management processes meet performance standards, contract requirements, and regulatory compliance.
