- You administer expert level execution of FLCPS's financial and manpower management, processing of all command civilian personnel actions, and Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) procurement.
- You will serve as the senior financial advisor on budget and financial matters impacting FLCPS operations and as the primary financial interface with Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and other external activities.
- You will provide technical expertise on Navy/DOD accounting, budgetary and disbursing matters.
- You will advise on changes to organizational structures, organizational charts, and mission and function statements to implement reorganizations to reduce or eliminate functional overlap among command programs.
- You will direct allocation of funds and civilian personnel staffing to FLCPS operating departments based on negotiated funding.
- You will coordinate procurement of all command purchasing under the micro-purchase threshold, ensuring compliance with both procurement and financial regulations.
- You will supervise the Resource Management Division, which includes financial management, position management, HRO liaison, and procurement functions.
