- Conducts research and analysis on the market, selected strategic accounts, new business opportunities, and trend and spend analysis, using available data sources and contractor support when necessary to support account management, business planning, and customer outreach activities.
- Develops guidelines and standards regarding data analysis, evaluation, and presentation in order to maximize the usefulness of this data to various clients. Uses the results of data analysis to create metrics, develop marketing goals, establish benchmarks for marketing execution, and keep management apprised of program accomplishments.
- Conducts or participates in studies of customer needs and private sector vendors who compete in the same product space as FAS. Evaluates key business features including corporate success, marketing methodologies, pricing and/or product delivery strategies, customer relationship management and other related business practices.

Creates dynamic and intuitive data visualizations to represent customer feedback, supply chain analytics, and quality control metrics. These visualizations effectively communicate complex data sets in an accessible format to stakeholders at all levels, enhancing understanding and driving informed decision-making across the organization.
