As a Program Analyst (Risk Management), you will:
- Support research activities by assisting in planning, conducting, and coordinating with various stakeholders on ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Aid in preparing project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure effective project management.
- Conduct research and information gathering to support technical writing and other research-related projects.
- Make presentations and provide technical information on various questions in the employee's area of expertise.
- Participate in or assist in briefings and presentations with PMHSA, DOT, or other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess analytical and research skills, enabling them to assist in effectively planning and managing programs and project-related work, along with a basic understanding of budget development and monitoring. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong communication abilities to provide technical assistance to team members. This individual should possess skills in identifying, interpreting, and verifying data from diverse sources, and provide program improvement recommendations. Experience in utilizing risk management principles, implementing quality management systems, and performance measurement systems is also ideal. Finally, the candidate should possess strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex information to a diverse background and disciplines audience.
