As a Supervisory Criminal Investigator (ASAC) for the Office of Investigations, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serves as a Supervisory Criminal Investigator and is responsible for carrying out regional leadership to a team of criminal investigators carrying out sensitive and critical criminal, civil and administrative investigations of fraud and misconduct impacting Department of Energy programs.
  • Makes recommendations on investigative programs, goals, and objectives, and/or change in functions.
  • Establishes, coordinates, and maintains relationships with the Department and other Federal agencies, and private sector activities regarding the prevention and detection of fraud and abuse in Department programs and operations.
  • Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets, and adjusts shortterm priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work..
