- Primarily supports the bureau/office providing funding for the position, manages the full cycle recruitment process for the Crisis Operations Team, engaging in tactical and strategic sourcing to attract, identify, and place top talent.
- Provides operational, policy and technical guidance on classification and position management issues to the Crisis Operations Team.
- Develops agency-wide guidance material on the implementation of methods and procedures involving areas that require new or substantially modified work methods or procedures of operational problems or deficiencies.
