The duties and responsibilities for a Paralegal Specialist generally include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with attorneys to identify the type of assistance needed on cases.
  • Provide legal support to attorney's in the preparation of cases for litigation in Supreme Court.
  • Summarize the relevance of an array of legal information.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and cite check Supreme Court briefs in conformance with court.
