- Facilitate and accomplish work through the direction of others on development and implementation of new standardized processes.
- Serves as the primary strategic advisor of Labor-Relations and Employee-Relations, responsible for providing administrative and technical human resources support.
- Generate and analyze reports to interpret data for informed decision-making.
