Management Analyst (Program Manager)

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:

• Serves as program analyst with oversight of the Administrative, Manpower, and Security programs supporting the office of DOT&E; Office of the Principal Deputy Director; Office of the Deputy Director, Land & Expeditionary Warfare; Office of the Deputy Director, Net-Centric, Space and Missile Defense Systems; Office of the Deputy Director, Air Warfare; Office of the Deputy Director, Naval Warfare; and Office of the Deputy Director, Strategic Initiatives, Policy, and Emerging Technology.
• Manages administrative programs while serving as a primary source of information for administrative matters pertaining to DOT &E.
• Provides oversight of the DOT &E Records Management program.
• Oversees the DOT &E Privacy and Civil Liberties program.
• Supports the DOT&E Contractor Officer Representative in the analyses of contract requests for services and procurement to ensure regulatory compliance and other provisions essential to government operations.
