- You will serve as the Deputy Assistant Commander, Personnel Information Management Department providing personnel information policy and management and serve as the principal advisor of military personnel information management.
- You will ensure the efficient and cost-effective utilization of personnel information systems and other technological resources.
- You will participate in the budgetary process, preparing and justifying budgetary needs and executing the budget under organization procedures.
- You will oversee the Electronic Military Personnel Records System (EMPRS) and Official Military Personnel Files (OMPF) records program including administration of records department and agency utilization of all personnel records.
- You will provide oversight of personal forms processing as well as implementation of directive and policy guidance pertaining to the management of the military FITREP/Evaluation and Counseling program.
- You will provide technical and administrative supervision of the Personnel Information Management Department; planning work, resolving complaints, evaluating performance and identifying training needs of employees.
- You will participate in the development and management of the Annual Selection Board process.
