Key Responsibilities:
- Network Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of fiber optic networks to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
- Signal Propagation: Understand and analyze signal propagation within fiber optic cables to ensure optimal performance
- Fault Detection: Detect and diagnose faults in fiber optic systems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of fiber optic networks, measuring signal strength and verifying specifications
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, maintenance activities, and any corrective actions taken
- System Upgrades: Plan and implement system upgrades to meet evolving technological standards and customer requirements

- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) from the Fiber Optic Association (FOA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
