RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide change management and communication support for global business process and technology initiatives.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and implement strategic communications and change tactics
  • Support overall change management efforts, support communication efforts, identify training needs, and identify additional types of support for stakeholders
  • Identify and manage change impacts by creating plans to support end users through the change.
  • Maintain the communication plan, drafting communications, getting stakeholder approval, identifying audiences for communication distribution, overseeing the delivery of communications
  • Engage sponsors and key stakeholders on key project milestones, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of efforts and develop templates and process standards that embody best practices. Create feedback mechanisms for continual process and deliverables improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of work experience within Communications/Change Mgt minimum
  • Competent in working on cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to co-manage a team of individuals and drive a project to successful completion.
  • Highly organized, maintains rigor of process, and holds task owners accountable.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Competent in written and oral communication. Competent making presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional and cross-site meetings.
