  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an HR Specialist (Employee Benefits), you will:

The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13.

  • Provide expert authoritative technical advice and assistance to senior management and customers covering the full spectrum of injury compensation claims with Office Workers Compensations Program.
  • Develop, initiate, and direct OWCP program strategic planning activities; identify long and short term objectives, and formulate Service-wide OWCP program strategies for top management.
  • Serve as an analyst and leader for HR related program areas, provide expert assistance and advice on personnel management issues and special assigned projects.
  • Independently or collaboratively develop and explore alternative HRM solutions and recommend new or modified programs to management.

If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
Starting at $99,200 Per Year (GS 12-13)
