Do you love helping people with their financial lives? Do you hate sales quotas? We are looking for you! We are seeking a financial planner to join our fee-based financial planning firm. This role involves working closely with clients, to deliver tailored financial solutions while building lasting relationships.
A fit for this role would be service-focused, personable, and would thrive in a culture where we do serious work but don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you’re looking for a sales-focused firm, this is not the role for you—we prioritize service and long-term relationships, not transactions.

Qualifications:
Licenses and Certifications:
• Series 6 or Series 7 license (required).
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation (preferred).
Experience:
- Experience working in a client-facing role at a wealth management firm.
- Familiarity with Redtail CRM, E-Money, Holistiplan, or Pershing is a plus.
- Experience with the broker-dealer Cetera is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with existing clients.
- Growing relationships with existing clients.
- Developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to the goals and needs of affluent families (for annual reviews/ supplementary reviews).
- Conducting financial reviews to ensure plans stay aligned with goals.
- Quarterly securities trading for scheduled rebalance of all client accounts.
- Daily securities trading to raise cash for money movement request.
- Submitting online account opening applications & initiating new client transfers.
- Executing client transactions (including deposits, disbursements, adding standing instructions, and adding periodic instructions.)
- Answering client questions and advising while upholding the firm’s service-first, planning-focused philosophy.
- Responding to client communications and requests expeditiously.
- Ensuring compliance filings are accurate and up to date.
- Researching financial products and market trends to inform client strategies.
- Maintaining detailed client notes in accordance with firm practices.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships by maintaining open and regular communication.
