Job DescriptionYour Impact and Responsibilities:
Supports the Restaurant Innovation Manager with key initiatives, new restaurant openings (NRO), rollouts, and food truck operations support
Collaborates with restaurant operators, growth, and business unit teams to support non-traditional openings, gathering and sharing feedback directly with the Innovation team
Understands and aligns with the purpose, scope, objectives, and success metrics of projects and initiatives
Provides support for innovation initiatives in restaurants and delivers feedback during and after visits to the Innovation team
Observes multiple restaurants over extended periods based on project complexity and the number of impacted locations
Partners with various restaurant support departments to pilot and test operational processes
Acts as a liaison between restaurant operators and the Innovation team
Supports the evolution of new and existing prototypes from an operations perspective, guiding design changes based on feedback from Restaurant Leaders
Stays current on all in-restaurant initiative focusing on their impact on operations, design, layout, equipment, and throughput
Provides support for food truck operations and other company events as needed
Requirements for Success:
Restaurant industry experience
Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Ability to quickly make decisions and changes on the fly to support restaurant needs
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Travel up to 50% of the time
