Job Description
Human Resource Specialist II
- Mid-level position.
- Manage more complex aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interviewing. Administer employee benefits programs and address complex benefits issues. Conduct employee relations activities, such as resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary actions. Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on various HR functions.
Years Experience and Skills
- 2 to 7 year's experience
- Proficiency in advanced HR functions and systems. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience with employee relations and performance management. Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism. Effective project management and organizational skills.
