Requirements
Interlaced is looking to hire a full-time Internal IT Operations Administrator in the Nashville area. This position will be reporting to Director of Operations, and requires knowledge of common business technologies and experience working in diverse technical environments as well as with various cloud infrastructure components.
The candidate we are looking for has a technical skill-set, and stays up to date with the latest technology trends. The ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes is a must. The candidate must be personable and have the ability to interact with each level of our business, from the front desk to the CEO. The ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them is a requisite.
The Internal IT Operations Administrator will be a key player in supporting Interlaced by managing internal IT asset inventory, maintaining internal software, and providing top-tier support during new hire orientations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify and explain technical solutions.
This is a hybrid position where the candidate is expected to work 3 days from the office and 2 days remotely a week, with a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection. This position is from the hours of 8am - 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The base salary for this role is between $42,000-$45,000 DOE with additional compensation opportunities as defined below.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer hardware, software, or IT process related questions for staff via internal ticketing system via Zoom, chat/slack and email
- Effectively manage and maintain ticket tasks and responses while escalating situations when necessary
- Assist with the installation or migration of internal systems
- Facilitate provisioning and delivery of new employee s IT equipment
- Facilitate shut down and retrieval of departed employee s IT equipment
- Manage Interaced s internal UPM and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain inventory of all Interlaced owned IT equipment
- Own procurement for any of Interlaced s internal IT needs
- Maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
- Interface with vendor support channels when required (i.e. Connectwise, Slack, Google Workspace, Pax8 etc)
- Audit and maintain internal software licenses, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency
- Partner with Interlaced Finance department on any vendor related credits
- Maintain policy and process documentation related to Interlaced s internal IT
- Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and evaluate their potential impact and benefit to Interlaced
- Develop and advise on Interlaced s technology training program (i.e. Partner/vendor training, new product training, security training)
- Organize and schedule team training sessions, tracking skills development through the appropriate training matrix
- Support ad-hoc IT or operations projects, including data entry and process improvement tasks as required
