  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • You will provide legal advice on difficult and extremely complex problems, advising clients on matters and cases brought by or against the Department of Navy (DON).
  • You will present and summarize cases, drafting and interpreting laws, policy, and procedures related to matters within scope of responsibility.
  • You will manage matters of the highest sensitivity with high public interest that is likely to generate media attention or result in complex legal challenges from multiple stakeholders.
  • You will resolve highly technical and complex factual and legal issues relating to the varied activities of DON OGC and to research and apply different areas of law within the OGC legal practice areas and pertinent statutes and regulations.
  • You will communicate legal opinions with clients and other programs supported by DON OGC and arrive at a sound legal position while weighing the legal risks against alternative positions.
