Typical Duties Include:
- Managing and coordinating the work of teams which can include attorneys, accountants, experts and support staff, and performing a full range of supervisory duties.
- Supervising staff members who interact with the public and evaluating complaints and other allegations of potential misconduct related to Federal securities laws, rules and regulations.
- Enforcing federal securities laws, setting priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work.
- Recommending promotions or reassignments; hearing and resolving complaints; mentoring and training staff; and identifying development and training opportunities for employees.
- Participating with other supervisors in the management of the office, consulting with and advising senior managers on administrative matters relating to budget, personnel, and office procedures.
