  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • You will report incidents and record problems, assess the impact, cost, benefit, and risk of proposed problems.
  • You will document Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base of common incidents on direction of senior technician.
  • You will facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all incidents and assigned problems through the incident and problem resolution system.
  • You will create periodic reports of performance relative to defined key performance indicators and provide them to the incident manager.
  • You will provide matrix to the incident manager to evaluate proposed methods for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness for compliance with Government regulations and contract policy.
  • You will participate in incident and problem management meetings and reviews or participates actively in all scheduled and impromptu meetings and reviews.
