The Management and Program Analyst position within the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Mission Support is responsible for providing and executing a full range of analytical, administrative, budgetary, program, policy, and operational support for the Office of Inspector General (OIG).
- Supporting OIG with full budget life cycle (planning, formulation, presentation, and execution) by processing procurement requests.
- Developing modifications, revisions, and implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations and financial management processes within the OIG.
- Serving as the point of contact for timekeeping, training, commuter benefits, government purchases and other administrative programs.
- Performing accounts payable and other accounts receivable functions for payments, invoicing, and collections.
- Providing technical assistance and use accounting software to research, compile, analyze and present financial information in reports for use in management decision making.
- Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on a variety of contracts, agreements, and GSA work authorizations for the organization.
