- Prepare project management reports for upward reporting, monthly project status reviews with customers, monthly PRB briefings, Command Management Review (CMR) data validation, and other project data calls as required

- Analyze tasks to establish work interrelationships and to establish the project baseline cost and schedule for review.
- Recognize probable conflicts of P2 and subsystems such as CEFMS, CEMRS, CMI, RMS, etc.
- A P2 system is a method for allocating time, money, and manpower resources at a work task level through a series of computer programs or systems, for effective project management of those resources for accomplishment of the Corps' mission.
