- Coordinate and participate with senior management in the development and implementation of programs, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines in the areas of performance management.
- Work closely with functional office Management Analysts to ensure linkage between actual expenditures and organizational performance, including achievement of service agreement metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any HR and Administrative related issues for Office of Facilities, Engineering and Mission Support (OFEMS), as well as the supervisor of the Human Resources and Administrative Service Team.
- Perform a variety of administrative analytical duties associated with the performance management process for the Office of Facilities, Engineering and Mission Support (OFEMS).
- On behalf of the Office Director, troubleshoots operational and policy questions that may arise.
- Provide expertise on performance management issues, prepare recommendations, and make presentations to appropriate officials
- Interpret and provide authoritative guidance, advice, assistance and recommendations to OFEMS and Agency officials, intra-governmental counterparts, private industry, and others concerning performance management policies, programs, and activities.
