Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports AmeriCorps VISTA recruitment and placement by reviewing and approving candidate applications, service opportunity listings, and VISTA assignment descriptions.
- Processes administrative actions for AmeriCorps members during the lifecycle of their service.
- Participates in grant review and award processing for various competitive and non-competitive processes.
- Support regional coordination, recruitment, and outreach activities.
- Creates reports for data related to regional needs.
- Reviews data within the various agency systems and supports analysis of data as needed.
- Contributes to the development, support, and implementation of special projects and special initiatives.
- Provides programmatic and administrative support as needed to assist the region in achieving its goals.
- May conduct research and analyze data.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
