- Advise on and/or resolve a range of operational and/or strategic issues which may range from recurring through complex and unprecedented using the full range of subject matter expertise. Identify, evaluate, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide oversight and insight of Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI) priorities, issues, actions, and planning activities; remains aware of key Enterprise and Mission Support Directorate's (MSD) needs, preferences and expectations from OSI.
- Provide written and oral communication techniques sufficient to develop, edit and deliver briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
- Provide/coordinate authoritative review and ensures effective and timely completion of a variety of organizational activities and products, including but not limited to, policies, presentations, and reports.
- Establish, track and/or update OSI Performance Measures for the Mission Support Program Management Council, Baseline Performance Review, and NASA Strategic Review Presentations.
- Serve as the Strategic Infrastructure Board Executive to include maintaining the charter, setting agendas, tracking decisions, and maintaining decision documents.
- Lead and develop products for the OSI Communication Strategy and Plan to include OSI Enterprise Townhall Presentations, quarterly OSI Enterprise Assistant Administrator Emails, OSI Websites, etc.
- Develop short- and long-range plans and recommendations regarding special projects undertaken to further OSI's goals.
