- Monitor and review the receipt, storage and issue of ammunition, explosives, missiles/rockets and residue.
- Resolve inventory problems requiring extensive inventories and location surveys and inventory problems requiring extensive and exhaustive research of receipts, issues, turn-ins, surveys, transfers and other available sources.
- Maintain stock record accountability of ammunition utilizing three automated systems such as the Standard A accountability of ammunition.
- Responsible for quality control of document flow (e.g., issues, turn-ins, transfers, etc.,) originating from Customer Service through the various ASP units in order to maintain an accurate and up-to-date stock record account of each transaction.
- Monitor data input in the Stock Record Unit and reviews for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Maintains document register/status report and editing documents for request for issue/turn-in.
- Provide technical ammunition supply advice to support units.
