Management Analyst

Typical work assignments include, but are not limited to:

• Applies business and management best practices for application to CISA programs and/or operations; administrative program policies, regulations, goals and objectives; management evaluation plans, procedures, and methodologies.
• Conducts a variety of authoritative, comprehensive, complex and sensitive/classified projects and studies that encompass the analysis and evaluation of the distribution of work in the development of strategies, plans, and analysis in support of CISA priorities and NRMC portfolios and task forces.
• Demonstrates a customer-service and team-player focused mindset while leading and performing program support duties.
• Gathers information, identifies and analyzes issues, and develops recommendations to resolve substantive risk management challenges.
• Coordinates among positions and organizations and appropriate staffing levels and skill mixes to accomplish planning efforts.
• Leads the development of new plans, programs, and initiatives in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Identify objectives, metrics, and goals, based on analysis of interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and mission oriented operating guidance. Determine approaches to achieve objectives
