- Ensures and reviews Joint Capabilities and Development Integration System (JCIDS) supporting documents are accurate and complete.
- Assesses practical implications of information contained in published materials in order to develop workable concepts and/or solutions.
- Defines, conducts, and operational sustainment requirements, analysis of DOTMLPF-P and other alternative solutions for performing logistic competencies.
- Performs duties relating to and supporting total life cycle management, type classification, materiel release, support and sustainment of military materiel.
- Provides oral and/or written correspondence as well as advice, assistance, and technical guidance to subordinates and senior leadership.
- Possesses skills in research, analysis, development, and evaluation techniques related to documentation of combat systems and materiel requirements.
