Supervisory Fish and Wildlife Biologist

As a Supervisory Fish and Wildlife Biologist your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide strong leadership in building partnerships and collaborative actions and will foster a
  strong team spirit within the office and integrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of all staff
  to achieve excellence.
• Serve as a senior member of the office management team guiding and coordinating day to
  day operations. In the absence of the Field Supervisor, exercises full line management
  authority as acting Field Supervisor.
• Supervises field biologists and performs duties including reviewing correspondence, assigning
  work, developing performance standards, evaluating performance, approving leave, resolving,
  or recommending resolution of complaints or grievances, determining, and recommending
  training, recommending employee personnel actions, and making new employee selections.
