Job Description
We are looking for someone that has strong organizational skills with attention to detail/accuracy, ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment, and knowledge of basic computer skills.
We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, to undertake some minor receptionist and clerical duties, and dispatch service technicians.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | Varied Hours between 7am -7pm
Salary: Range $18.00/hr.-$20.00/hr.
Requirements
Answer all incoming calls
Manage the scheduling of service appointments
Verify customer information each time and make corrections as necessary
Combine any duplicate customer entries upon identification
Promptly respond to missed calls or messages received in the office
Collaborate with customers and technicians to establish and uphold an accurate schedule
Inform customers of any changes in a timely manner
Oversee the schedule for service across all locations
Adjust and prioritize tasks as required
Engage in regular problem-solving activities
Consistently and promptly communicate with technicians
