What you’ll be doing

As Cloverly’s Marketing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team across various channels, helping to build brand awareness and drive engagement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of marketing and contribute to campaigns that make an impact in the climate tech space.

Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising channels

Support content creation efforts including blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and email newsletters

Help manage and update marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of initiatives

Collaborate with design and product teams to create marketing materials that align with Cloverly’s branding and messaging

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring Cloverly stays ahead of industry developments

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts

Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities

Assist with maintaining Cloverly’s social media presence and growing our community of followers

Stay up-to-date on marketing best practices and industry trends to help Cloverly continually innovate and improve

What you’ll bring

You’re an enthusiastic marketing professional eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment. You’re excited to wear many hats and dive into different aspects of marketing, helping Cloverly reach new audiences and further our climate impact.

You’ll Likely Bring

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different audiences

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content management systems

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives

An interest in climate tech and a passion for environmental sustainability
