- While you will utilize your exceptional design direction to bring high quality visuals to life, it is equally important that you can also expertly direct and give feedback on concepts, copywriting, and creating compelling and persuasive content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, overseeing day-to-day project needs and adhering to timelines in a fast-paced environment with high client expectations.
- Comfortable working across a wide range of project types. (360 Campaigns, Video and Social Concepting, Web Design, Experiential, Influencer, Emerging Tech, etc.)
- Develop and present persuasive and compelling materials for new business opportunities, showcasing the agency's creative.
- You can connect the dots between a powerful idea, how it's executed, and the impact that has on its performance.
- Collaborate closely with your team and stakeholders to create cohesive and successful award-winning ideas and work.
- Deliver ideas that are strategically sound and directly hit on the insight. Dive deep into the details of the what and the why.
- Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines and all copy produced is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the client's brand voice and messaging.
- Create presentations that convey a well-thought out, strategic story.

You've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
- Bachelor's degree required in creative or design-related fields. Advertising, Marketing a plus.
- 8+ years of agency and/or in-house creative experience, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work across a range of project types.
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing engaging, persuasive, and impactful content while remaining on brand.
- Exceptional conceptualization and ideation skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into innovative creative solutions.
- Advanced knowledge across a range of software, primarily including Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Experience with prompting or open to learning AI software such as Midjourney (to use as a springboard, not for final content).
- Experience on set direction video/photography productions is a big plus.
- Bonus points for copywriting experience, UI/UX, video editing with Premiere/After Effects, photo compositing, illustration, and/or spatial design.
- Curious, creative and solution-focused.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Open to travel, extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.
- Hybrid position - must be local or willing to relocate (assistance available).
