Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and lead the discovery process, collaborating with our Labs service designers and strategists to define service design, business model, pricing, and operational requirements.
  • Engage with financial advisors to gather insights and feedback, uncovering areas for enhancement in service performance.
  • Design and execute pilot programs with diverse cohorts to A/B test features and operations, ensuring a data-informed approach to iterative improvements.
  • Conduct analyses of pricing and unit economics to formulate persuasive business cases for new services.
  • Build and guide a project team from discovery to successful launch, addressing identified needs throughout the process.
  • Work collaboratively with a talented team of strategists, designers, and analysts within the Venture Labs framework.
  • Effectively communicate with senior leadership, presenting the vision and progress while collaborating on crucial business decisions.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in product management and product development.
  • Expertise in digital sales & marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Startup methodology and knowledge of human-centered design principles.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business and product management or strategy consulting, with a focus on corporate strategy, innovation, and product strategy.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing or Lead Generation.
