The AI Solutions team is looking for a Senior Developer to create AI-driven tools for tax-related processes. In this role, you will collaborate with tax experts and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative AI solutions to tackle key challenges.
Required Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python, .NET, C#, relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API development, and Azure.
  • 1-3 years of experience in designing, deploying, and implementing technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Solid experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms beyond Azure, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience in deploying AI models into production environments.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Exposure to big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
  • Certification in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous work in a tax or financial environment
What You Will Be Doing
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and requirements. Design scalable and effective AI solutions using technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
  • Actively develop and implement AI models and algorithms, focusing on efficient, maintainable, and transparent code. Utilize tools like React, Microsoft Azure, Python, and PostgreSQL for development and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure AI solutions meet high-quality standards. Review team code and approve pull requests to maintain consistent code quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and tax professionals, to successfully integrate and deploy AI solutions.
  • Support all project phases, including gathering requirements, solution development, configuration, testing, debugging, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
