Claroty's Content Marketing Specialist will conceptualize and develop a steady stream of strategic demand generation content in various formats to serve as the foundation of integrative marketing campaigns, reinforce and expand upon key messaging themes and value propositions, and drive leads and demand for the Claroty portfolio.
The ideal candidate has exceptionally strong business-oriented and technical writing skills, as well as experience in cybersecurity and deep experience collaborating not only across marketing but also sales, product, research, and other teams to create content that brings context to their work and transforms technical and industry jargon into meaningful messaging that moves the needle for target buyer personas. This candidate is also a determined self-starter capable of quickly, effectively, and consistently familiarizing themselves with - and developing trustworthy content on - highly complex concepts relevant to industrial cybersecurity, healthcare cybersecurity, and related spaces and stakeholders.
The role will report to Clarity's Manager, Content Marketing, remotely.

Expected compensation for the role is between $85 -$95K This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Creating impactful content in various formats that resonate with target buyer personas, supports key marketing, sales, and company-wide objectives, and reinforces Claroty's position as the market leader in protecting cyber-physical systems (CPS) across industrial, healthcare, commercial, and public sector environments.
- Partnering with internal subject matter experts to conceptualize, ghostwrite, and edit thought-leadership articles, white papers, and speaker submission abstracts that showcase their expertise and its significance in a manner that resonates with target buyer personas.
- Contributing to Claroty's repository of thought leadership and verticalized content and producing a steady stream of new material (at minimum, two white papers or other types of long-form content per quarter, among other pieces).
- 3+ years of experience in a content marketing or related role in at least one of the following areas: general cybersecurity, public sector cybersecurity, commercial cybersecurity, or similar
- Experience transforming complex technical concepts into impactful content that resonates with a diverse range of target buyer personas
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, research, and marketing teams to create content that reinforces value propositions and supports key objectives
- Proven experience driving content marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results
- Be data-driven and able to work ongoing metrics reporting into the day-to-day
- Strong business-oriented and technical writing skills
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
