The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for the development and implementation of predictive modeling algorithms and techniques to solve business problems and optimize member experiences. Responsible for the design and development of robust, scalable web applications while integrating data analytics solutions. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build applications that drive healthcare insights and improve decision-making processes.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to integrate machine learning models and analytics into applications.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Develop data visualization components to present analytical insights in user-friendly formats.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and code quality standards are maintained across all projects.
  • Identify and troubleshoot software issues and bugs promptly to ensure smooth operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in full-stack development and data science.
  • Design predictive modeling projects to address specific business problems determined by consultation with business partners.
  • Implement batch and real-time model scoring to drive actions.
  • Develop proprietary algorithms to build customized solutions that go beyond standard industry tools and lead to innovative solutions.
  • Develop sophisticated visualization of analysis output for business users.
  • Provide high-level controllership/evaluation of all output produced to ensure established targets are met.
  • Determine the continuous improvement opportunities of current predictive modeling algorithms.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Econometrics, Physics, Biostatistics or related Quantitative disciplines and 3 or more years of experience in predictive analytics, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java strongly preferred.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data science tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and integrating APIs preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker preferred.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web security best practices preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare analytics or working with large-scale healthcare datasets preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Plotly) and building dashboards preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
