We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their knowledge and expertise in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications and systems that support our business needs. This role will require a strong foundation in Oracle or equivalent, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document, and deploy changes to the system according to the project requirements.
  • Work closely with other team members, including project managers, to meet team and organization goals.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex projects involving multiple teams and systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their needs, then translate these needs into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems by creating new systems and enhancing existing ones.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the world of software development.
  • Provide support for production systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or equivalent, with a strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
