We are offering a contract for a committed Product Manager: III (Senior) in Cleveland, Ohio. Working in the financial services industry, you will have the opportunity to shape the vision of strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Product Director and Design Director. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with various teams, including SMEs, technology partners, UX leads, and business segment sponsors, to define features for initiatives and refine the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with SMEs to present the final Feature Brief, gather approvals, and ensure all supporting artifacts are collected and stored in the feature repository.
Support the Product Owners with the escalation of issues, blockers, and obstacles that impede the delivery of features.
Assist the Product Manager in post-production discussions and help close functional gaps and required remediation.
Partner with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and SMEs to carry out business process assessments to identify business needs and priorities.
Support the Product Manager in understanding business challenges and opportunities for improvement as well as customer and colleague feedback and pain points.
Work with Solution Leads to ensure the Tech Design delivers all elements of the Acceptance Criteria and all impacted teams/cross-team dependencies are identified and properly planned.
Assist the Product Manager with process maps and low fidelity visuals/mock-ups to illustrate business processes, system integrations, and the end-to-end customer or colleague experience.
Support the facilitation of Discovery and Design Workshops, ensuring all requirements are documented in the Feature Brief.
Act as the primary point of contact for Product Owners to clarify Feature requirements to ensure full alignment to acceptance criteria and desired outcomes.
Support the Product Team, SMEs, and Technology partners throughout UAT Testing, Business Readiness, and Change Management activities.

Requirements

Proficiency in Documentation, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness of all technical and product details.
Strong Analytics skills, with an ability to analyze data to improve product performance.
Compliance knowledge, ensuring all product developments adhere to industry regulations and standards.
Experience in Design, creating appealing and functional product interfaces.
Familiarity with Credit processes, with a focus on managing credit-related product features.
Exceptional Communication Skills, facilitating clear and effective dialogues between teams.
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, managing and integrating cloud-based product features.
Experience in Integration, ensuring seamless integration of new features or products.
Ability to manage Partners, coordinating effectively with external stakeholders for product development.
Knowledge of Best Practices in product management, ensuring optimal product performance.
Proven track record in Closing projects, ensuring all product deliverables are met on time.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, managing product development in fast-paced, iterative cycles.
Experience in Financial Services, understanding the nuances of product management in this sector.
Proficiency in Change Management, effectively managing product changes and updates.
Knowledge of Underwriting processes, managing product features related to this area.
Understanding of Business Process Functions, ensuring the product aligns with business goals and processes.
Experience with JIRA, managing product development tasks and workflows.
Familiarity with UX principles, ensuring a user-friendly product experience.
Proficiency in Discovery processes, identifying and defining product requirements.
Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents, outlining product needs and goals.
Strong Innovation skills, driving the creation of unique and effective product features.
Experience managing End-To-End product development, overseeing all stages from conception to launch.
Knowledge of Remediation processes, managing product fixes and improvements.
Strong Facilitation skills, leading effective team meetings and discussions.
Experience creating Mockups, visualizing product features and designs.
