Sr. Healthcare Business Systems Analyst

We have an immediate need for a Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst. This is a very Senior role, working with all departments of a healthcare provider on AI/ML projects. You will work as a Liaison to different business units within the hospital clinical, finance, philanthropy, etc. Presenting information in reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is part of the role as well. Role is remote, but candidates must reside in California.

Location: Remote

This Job Pays: $150,000-$170,000 per year plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

• Serve is a Liaison between innovation group and business units for a healthcare provide / hospital
• Work with business leaders to understand/discover needs in their group that AI/ML can address
• Present findings in PowerBI

What Gets You The Job:

• 8+ years of professional experience, with expertise working on Data related projects as a Business Systems Analyst for a Healthcare company
• Provider/Hospital experience is ideal, however Payer experience will also be considered
• Must have advanced business skills and the ability to interface with business leaders of all departments of a hospital
• Must enjoy working on innovation projects. AI/ML/Data Science project is a plus
