Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Talent Sourcer for a contract position in El Dorado Hills, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to join our dynamic People and Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging highly skilled candidates to support our recruitment efforts. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to find and engage potential candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before passing them on to recruiters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to define candidate personas and understand specific job requirements.
  • Employer Branding: Communicate the company s value proposition, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Metrics Tracking: Measure sourcing effectiveness through defined metrics (e.g., conversion rates from passive candidates to hires) and report on outcomes.
  • Referral Management: Follow up on employee referrals and leverage existing networks for candidate sourcing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search methods and use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and candidate management systems.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and promoting the company as an attractive employer.
