Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Analyst, QC for a contract position in Novato, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary:

Join our team in Novato, CA, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to cutting-edge projects. We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform essential quality control functions.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Perform biochemical, physical, and chemical analyses of test samples under cGMP to meet specified timelines.
• Evaluate data against defined criteria and specifications.
• Work independently on assays that you have mastered.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in a broad range of trained test methods.
• Train other analysts in areas of expertise.
• Maintain the laboratory in an inspection-ready state.
• Maintain laboratory supply inventories.
• Ensure completion of glassware cleaning and other routine laboratory functions to meet business needs.
• Develop familiarity with cGMP, 21CFR, USP, EP, and ICH regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments as appropriate.
• Hold self and others accountable to abide by department and company policies and practices.
• Assist in the revision of written procedures as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written instructions and perform tasks with direct or minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with computer use; proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• At least one year in a cGMP/GLP laboratory; quality control experience is preferred.
