We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT professionals to optimize and streamline recruitment processes through the integration and customization of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, from initial assessment through to post-go-live support.
- Configure SuccessFactors Recruiting to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
- Work with the client s HR and IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors Recruiting with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Requirement Gathering & Process Mapping:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR professionals to understand and document their recruitment processes.
- Conduct workshops to map business requirements to SuccessFactors Recruiting features and functionalities.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of all configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure successful deployment.
- Resolve any system issues or bugs identified during testing or post-implementation.
- Training & Support:
- Deliver training sessions for HR teams and end users on how to effectively use the SuccessFactors Recruiting system.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of the recruiting platform.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Current SAP Certification in Recruiting / Recruiting Marketing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration, including job requisitions, candidate management, offer management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration points, particularly with other SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central) and third-party tools.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors system architecture and related technologies.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules
- Previous employment in a Human Resources-related capacity
- Implementation experience with SAP HCM, or other established on-premises or on-demand Talent Management solutions.
