Description:
* The Director of Corporate Solutions will provide leadership for IT solutions, focusing on technical configurations and business processes within human resources, particularly payroll, compensation, and benefits.
* The role ensures alignment between HR requirements and IT capabilities, optimizes system performance, and drives continuous improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with HR teams to align IT solutions with organizational objectives and future needs.
* Serve as the Functional IT Lead, designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining systems to support payroll processes effectively.
* Lead integration efforts, system updates, and project portfolios related to payroll.
* Evaluate solutions for cost, risk, and value to maximize business outcomes.
* Oversee incident resolution, system support, and requirements gathering for system enhancements.
* Collaborate with vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.
* Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ensure system security.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll system configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Comprehensive understanding of HR IT systems and payroll operational workflows.
* Proven experience in configuration, integration design, project management, business and process analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
* Expertise in aligning IT systems with organizational objectives for optimization.
* Familiarity with advanced payroll and compensation system modules is a strong advantage.
Desired Skills:
* Additional experience with advanced compensation and benefits systems is beneficial.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate solutions to meet evolving organizational needs.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $112000K-160000K
