Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for an Azure Cloud Cybersecurity Lead to join their team on a direct-hire basis. This role offers a targeted salary range of $131,900 to $164,900 per year plus a 14% bonus, with potential to go higher depending on experience, and includes a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) for candidates local to Atlanta. Local candidates preferred.

This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, plus 401(k) with matching, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more. Qualified applicants must be able to work on a full-time permanent w-2 basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls for cloud aspects of data centers, remote sites, and plant automation.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts, conduct investigations, and rule out potential threats.
  • Configure and secure cloud environments using tools like Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and implement role-based access controls.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security audits to identify and address gaps.


Experience Requirements:
  • Azure Cloud Security experience with Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and Entra ID/Azure Active Directory
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and managing data centers with a focus on cloud cybersecurity technologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems administration with security controls.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity related tools and concepts such as CSPM, CASB, CIEM, CWP, and EASM in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Active Directory, DNS, and networking.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, MIS, or related field.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
