Position Overview:

The Search Analyst will support the planning, execution, and optimization of addressable channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and larger organizational strategies. This role involves managing Google Ads campaigns, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring channel performance standards are met or exceeded.

Rate: $30 - $35 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Campaign Management (35%):
  • Manage components of addressable channel campaigns, implementing larger strategies, including bidding, targeting, and ad creation.
  • Develop and support test-and-learn agendas to enhance performance.
  • Track and ensure campaign performance standards are met or exceeded.

Organizational Alignment (35%):
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including platform partners and agencies.
  • Share and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Act as an informal leader and mentor within the channel organization.

Channel Management (30%):
  • Support channel planning, activation, and reporting to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
  • Participate in agency and partner management, integrating them into workflows seamlessly.


Experience Requirements:
Must-Have:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally using 3rd-party bidding platforms like Search Ads 360, Skai, or similar.
  • Experience with key Google placements such as Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Dynamic Search Ads.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and the ability to analyze and present data insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and marketing automation platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana and other project management systems.
  • Knowledge of DeepLinking platforms such as Branch.io or Appsflyer.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns with ad platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, or Snapchat.
  • Experience in coordinating and executing omnichannel campaigns.
