Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging wireframes, guiding the development team with design styles, and ensuring the final product aligns with the original design vision. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Wireframing & Prototyping: Design user interfaces, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Design Guidance: Provide design guidance to the development team, ensuring that designs are executed according to the defined style and meet business requirements.

Review & Feedback: Continuously review designs and development work to ensure that the final product aligns with the original design vision and user experience principles.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iteratively improve the design based on their needs.

User-Centered Design: Ensure that user-centered design principles are followed, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency in visual and interaction design across all products.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience working closely with development teams to guide and review the implementation of designs.

Strong understanding of user experience design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Agile development environments is a plus.

Desired Skills:

UX Certification: A relevant UX certification (e.g., from Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation, or similar) is highly desirable.
